Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Use parchment paper or baking mats to line two baking sheets. Set them away.

Hand-mix eggs in a large bowl until foamy. Add sugar and beat until light, 2–3 minutes. Smoothly mix vanilla and butter.

It's time to make the dough! Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix on low speed until the dough forms.

Flour your work surface and pour dough. Make a large ball of dough by lightly kneading Split dough into four equal pieces. For 8 equal dough balls, half those.

Finger-roll the dough ball into a 12-inch rope. Add flour to sticky dough. Divide each rope into three equal segments and pinch the ends to produce rings.

After preparing the baking pans, place cookies two inches apart. Twelve cookies per baking sheet.

Bake the cookies for 18 minutes until the tops are light golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet while you create the icing.

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for frosting. Flip the cooled cookies and drip icing on top. Spread sprinkles on parchment. Completely dry and store.
