Strawberry Tiramisu  Recipe

Strawberry Tiramisu is a tasty new take on the traditional dish. This is a simple and tasty treat that you can have on hand for any event since it doesn't use raw eggs.

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream – ½ cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla – 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened – ½ cup strawberry jam, seedle – ¼ cup Grand Marnier (see notes for options) – ¼ cup water – 1 package ladyfingers (24 count) – 1 pound strawberries, sliced – powdered sugar for sprinkling

Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a handheld mixer in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Mascarpone should be folded in and mixed well.

Mix strawberry jam, Grand Marnier, and water in a separate basin. Place half the ladyfingers in a 9 × 9 inch baking dish in a single layer after dipping them in the mixture.

Spread half the mascarpone mixture evenly over ladyfingers. Place half the cut strawberries atop the mascarpone.

Layer another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with mascarpone. (Don't add the last strawberry layer yet). Wrap dish in plastic and chill for 12–48 hours.

Place half the chopped strawberries on the tiramisu before serving. Sprinkle powdered sugar. Enjoy 9 square slices!
