Red Velvet Brownies Recipe

In addition to being exceptionally fudgy, the tops of these red velvet brownies have a crinkly texture. On the interior, there are chips made of white chocolate.

Ingredient

– 2 cups White granulated sugar – 3 Large eggs room temperature – 1 Large egg yolk room temperature – ½ cup Oil canola or vegetable – ½ cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon Red food dye Use gel food dye. For best results, use Americolor super red food dye. – 1 ¼ cup All-purpose flour – ⅓ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon Cornstarch – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 ½ cups White chocolate chip

Direction

Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9X9-inch or 8X8-inch pan with baking nonstick spray for thicker brownies. Place parchment paper on the pan's bottom and sides. Repeat spraying.

Mix flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a medium basin. Set aside.Beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high for 5 minutes in a mixer with a whisk attachment. A faint color will result.

Melt the butter and add the oil, sugar, and red food dye. Mix slowly until everything is just mixed. Add the dry ingredients and mix them in until they are just mixed in.

Add the white chocolate chips after taking the machine off. To fold them in, use a plastic spatula. Put the mix in the pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes. Bake until a toothpick reveals moist crumbs. Continue baking for 5 minutes if raw.Cut the brownies when they've cooled fully on a cooling rack.
