Add powdered sugar and mix until combined. Mix in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs at a time. Push the peanut butter mixture into the baking pan to form an even layer.

Blend 1/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt and smooth in microwave 20–30 increments, stirring well. Glaze peanut butter with melted chocolate.
