Honey-Herb Baked Chicken Drumsticks are a quick and easy weeknight dinner or a healthy welcome snack for guests.
– 3 to 4 lbs bone-in skin on chicken drumstick– 2 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil– 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning*– 1 Tbsp garlic powder– 2 tsp sea salt to taste– 2 to 3 Tbsp honey for serving

Place all ingredients except honey in a ziplock bag. Seal the bag and shake until all drumsticks are seasoned and oiled.

You can alternatively use a big bowl for this stage. After marinating the chicken, carefully wrap the mixing bowl in plastic.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the marinated drumsticks in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan.

If your baking sheet sticks, line it with parchment or aluminium foil. Cooking spray works too.

For twenty minutes, bake the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through.

Move the baking sheet to the second-from-top rack and broil for 5–8 minutes to crisp chicken skin.

Honey should be drizzled over the drumsticks after they have been removed from the oven.

The entrée should be placed on a platter and accompanied with a selection of different side dishes that you select.
