Summer treats like these Homemade Double the Fudge Buster Bars should be stored in our freezers. The bars feature roasted peanuts, vanilla ice cream, smashed chocolate cookie crumbs, and an easy homemade chocolate fudge sauce topping. Each bar ends with a handmade magic shell dip.
Ingredient
– 1 1/2 cups chocolate fudge sauce (homemade in notes)– 1 cup roasted peanuts– 3 pints vanilla ice cream– 1 cup chocolate wafer or Oreo cookies, crushed crumb– 12 ounces dark, semi sweet, or milk chocolate, chopped– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Pour 2 teaspoons fudge sauce into 12 (3-ounce) Dixie Cups. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon peanuts, then 2 teaspoons (or 2 small scoops) vanilla ice cream and gently press to smooth. Freeze 10-15 minutes

Unfreeze 4-6 glasses at a time. Put 2-3 teaspoons of fudge sauce on vanilla ice cream, then add chocolate cookie crumbs and 1 teaspoon peanuts. Freeze 10-15 min. Repeat with remaining cups.

Add additional 2 teaspoons, or 2 small scoops, vanilla ice cream and peanuts to the cups. Put popsicle sticks in. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until hard.

To manufacture chocolate shell. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Cook 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Cool 10 minutes. Take each bar out of the freezer. Dixie Cups removed, chocolate covered. Store in the freezer until eating!
