Ground Beef Stir Fry Noodles Recipe

These salty, umami-packed Ground Beef Stir Fry Noodles satisfy a crowd with cheap ground beef. Avoid fancy store-bought sauces. Vegetable-rich, protein-packed, and quick to cook!

Ingredient

Vegetable – 1 White Onion DIced – 0.5 Red Bell Pepper Sliced thin – 1 Cup Cabbage Thin Shredded (see ingredient picture) – 0.5 Cup Carrot Julienned (see ingredient picture) – 1 Tablespoon Garlic Minced – 1 Tablespoon Ginger Diced Sauce – 1 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce Substitution  – 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Optional Ingredient – 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce  Stir Fry – 2 Tablespoons Oil Neutral Smelling – 0.5 Pound Ground Beef (200 g) – ▢0.5 Pound Noodles (200 g)

Prepare Vegetables Reserve all chopped vegetables.

Prepare Sauce In a bowl, mix light and dark soy, sesame oil, and chili sauce.

Fry Stir Heat a wok or deep fryer on high. To cook ground beef, fry. It should brown from pink. Reserve.

Heat oil until almost smoking. Garlic and ginger should be stir-fried until slightly darker. Do not burn this stage. A few seconds!

Stir fried onions for 20 seconds. Stir cook the remaining vegetables till dry and slightly browned. Stir in beef and stir fry sauce.

Add the noodles and stir-fry until covered and slightly crunchy. Serve with green onions if desired.
