Healthy, easy Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Bites ice cream. With only 3 ingredients and no baking, these snacks are great! Chocolate-covered frozen banana slices with your preferred toppings and flaky sea salt. Toppings tantalise taste senses. Peanut butter, pretzels, honey, coffee, coconut, jam, and cinnamon sugar sprang to mind.
Ingredient
– 2 large bananas, sliced into 1 inch round– Assorted toppings, peanut butter, pretzels, honey, see notes for combo– 12 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped– 1 tablespoon coconut oil– Flaky sea salt

Place the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Top each slice with something. Don't put too much on the slices. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, line a mini or regular cupcake mould with paper liners. Heat chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave. Heat 30-second intervals until melted.

Put 2 teaspoons melted chocolate in each liner. Add frozen banana slices, even if they pop out of the tiny pan. Cover the bananas with melted chocolate. Season with flaky sea salt.

Freeze for 2 hours until solid. Let sit 2-3 minutes after removing from freezer. Eat and relish!
