Healthy, easy mini-ice cream: Frozen Chocolate Banana Yoghurt Clusters. These snacks, made with few ingredients and no baking, are excellent! Plain Greek yoghurt, cocoa, and flaky sea salt on frozen banana slices. Add tasty ingredients to please your taste buds. Example: pretzels, peanut butter, cinnamon. Delicious yoghurt clusters!
Ingredient
– 3-4 cups ripe but firm banana slice– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt– 1-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)– 12 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped– 1 tablespoon coconut oil– Flaky sea salt (optional)

Paper-line cupcake moulds. Mix yoghurt, honey or maple, and vanilla in a bowl. Add banana slices and lightly coat. If using, add peanut butter.

Put a tiny spoonful (3 banana slices) in the paper liners. Freeze 1-2 hours. Heat chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave. Dip frozen clusters in chocolate and set on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Add sea salt if desired. Two hours to complete freezing. Let sit 2-3 minutes after removing from freezer. Eat and relish!
