Ingredient
– 1/2 cup ghee– 1/2 cup sugar– 1 cup chickpea flour gram flour/besan– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder– 1/2 tsp salt– 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C.
Add sugar and ghee to a large bowl.

Whisk until creamy and light-colored.
Cardamom, salt, and baking powder.

Add chickpea flour and mix until crumbly. Make dough balls with your hands and place on a prepared baking tray.

Bake cookies 15-20 minutes till light golden brown.
Store in an airtight container after cooling on a wire rack.
