Easy Brown Sugar Peach Cobbler Recipe 

This Easy Brown Sugar Peach Cobbler tastes great with mid- to late-summer peaches. Each spoonful has juicy summer peaches, buttery butter, vanilla, warming cinnamon, and brown sugar to sweeten. Delicious peaches with buttery, crisp-edged, soft-center topping. Salted maple butter and vanilla ice cream make the greatest summer peach treat.

– 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, cubed – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 cup light or dark brown sugar – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 cup milk – 1 tablespoon vanilla – 5-6 peaches, cut into 8 wedge – 2 tablespoons maple syrup – MAPLE BUTTER – 4 tablespoons salted butter – 1/4 cup maple syrup

Heat the oven to 375°F. Melt butter in a 9x13” baking dish for 10 minutes in the oven.

Make batter. Mix flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix milk and vanilla just until mixed.

Add the peaches to a bowl and mix in 1/4 cup of brown sugar and the maple syrup.

Place half the peaches on the melted butter. Do not whisk as you pour over the batter. Cover batter with remaining peaches. Bake until the center is set and the edges golden, 50–55 minutes.

While that is going on, mix the maple and butter in a pan. After two minutes of boiling, take it off the heat.
