One bowl and a few ingredients make rich, fudgy, delicious cookie bars that celebrate chocolate, oats, and peanut butter! Easy to bake without experience!
INGREDIENT
– 2 large egg– 1 cup peanut butter*– 2/3 cup pure maple syrup– 2 Tbsp avocado oil**– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract– 1 ½ cups oat– 1/2 cup cocoa powder– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional– 1/2 tsp sea salt– 1 ½ cups chocolate chip
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch cake pan with parchment.
Step 1
Stir the eggs, peanut butter, pure maple syrup, avocado oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined.
Step 2
Peanut butter that has been refrigerated should be microwaved for 30-60 seconds until it stirs easily.
Step 3
Stir oats, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and sea salt into the mixing bowl until combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Spread the cookie dough evenly on the pan. Extra chocolate chips can be sprinkled on top.
Step 5
The cookie bars should set up after 18–22 minutes on the centre rack of the preheated oven. Flaky sea salt can be sprinkled on muesli bars.
Step 6
Let cookie bars cool completely before slicing and serving.
