– Plump Medjool dates, split lengthwise and pitted – 2 cups vanilla ice cream – 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped – 24 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped – 1 tablespoon coconut oil – Flaky sea salt (optional)
