Brownie recipe

This eggless brownie in a mug is gooey and fudgy. Perfect when you want brownies but don't want to bake a pan! 

– 2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled – 3 tablespoons (38 grams) granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon (12 grams) brown sugar (light or dark) – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water , room temperature

Ingredient

– ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ¼ cup (32 grams) all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled – 2 tablespoons (10 grams) natural unsweetened cocoa powder , sifted – Tiny pinch of salt – 1 tablespoon (15 grams) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Direction

Spray mugs with nonstick cooking spray. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add water and pure vanilla.

Whisk flour, sifted cocoa powder, and salt until smooth. Put semi-sweet chocolate chips. Fill and smooth the batter in the mug. Add more chocolate chips if desired.

Microwave 60–75 seconds to set the top (I microwave 60). Carefully remove from microwave and cool for a few minutes. Top with ice cream or other toppings before serving.
