Blender Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe 

Lightly sweetened Blender Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream is great. Everyone's fave icecream. Made with 6 real ingredients, high protein, no processed sweeteners, and a simple procedure. The base contains protein-packed cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, instant espresso, and sea salt. 

Ingredient 

– 2 (16 ounce) containers whole milk cottage cheese – 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey, use more to taste – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons instant espresso – Flaky salt – 1/2-1 cup creamy peanut butter

Blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple/honey, vanilla, espresso powder (if used), and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth. A melted chocolate shake will be the consistency.

Add 1/2 cup peanut butter and pulse to swirl, not fully incorporate. Fill a 9x5-inch loaf pan with ice cream and drizzle with remaining peanut butter as desired.
