Blackberry-Ruffled Milk Pie. Every heard of ruffled milk pie? A delicious Greek pie composed of phyllo dough, milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Very simple and lovely. This recipe with fresh blackberries is amazing!
Ingredient
– 18 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed– 6 tablespoons butter, melted– 3 cups fresh blackberries, halved if large– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour– 1 1/2 cups whole milk– 3 large eggs– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar– cinnamon and powdered sugar, for dusting

Start with a 350-degree oven. Parchment an 8x8 baking pan.
Mix flour and blackberries in a medium bowl. Place one phyllo dough sheet on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.

Butter and cover with another phyllo sheet. Place 1/3 cup blackberries on the bottom 1/3 of the dough Roll blackberries to enclose in dough.

Roll the dough like a cinnamon roll and place in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining dough and fruit for 9 rolls. Apply the remaining butter to the buns' tops.

Place in oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
In the meantime, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Remove the rolls from the oven and pour milk mixture over them.

Rebake for 20–25 minutes until set in the centre. After 15 minutes, remove from the pan and dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
