– 4 Chicken Thigh – 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce – 4 tbsp Seasoning or Spice Mix of your choice BRINING – Optional – 4 Cups Water – 4 tbsp Salt

If time is short, skip BRINING. In a large dish, dissolve 4 tbsp salt in 4 cups water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken from salt water, dry, and season.

Cook chicken in air Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 355 F/180 C.
