Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. I use my hands to combine everything, but you may use a wooden spoon or electric hand mixer.

If the meatballs are small, you may want to reduce the cooking time by a minute or two to avoid overcooking. Air-fry turkey meatballs for 12–14 minutes if the meat is cold or large.

While the meatballs air fried, make the dipping sauce. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup until well blended.

You can dip your meatballs in this sauce, or you can do what I do and mix the cooked meatballs with the sauce to coat them.
