Pasta should be prepared as directed on the packaging. Give your pasta a small pinch of salt.

After cooking, drain the pasta in a colander, allow it to cool, or even place it in the refrigerator, and then toss it with the other ingredients.

While you chop the other ingredients, arrange the pasta on a baking sheet to cool more quickly. Prepare the dressing.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a mason jar or mixing jug and give it a good shake.

Leave for 15–30 minutes to blend dressing flavours. Cut and place the remaining ingredients and salami in a large bowl.

Mix pasta and dressing. Taste seasoning. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour for better flavour.

Nevertheless, it is not required. In my opinion, the best way to serve this delectable salad is with some grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
