1
Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. I use my hands to combine everything, but you may use a wooden spoon or electric hand mixer.
2
If you have a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment to make meatballs. Turkey mixture can be processed in a food processor.
3
Make 10–12 meatballs from the mixture. Making meatballs with a cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop. Single-layer meatballs in air fryer basket. A small air fryer may need two batches.
4
Air fried the meatballs at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they reach 165 degrees F inside and are golden brown outside.
5
If the meatballs are small, you may want to reduce the cooking time by a minute or two to avoid overcooking. Air-fry turkey meatballs for 12–14 minutes if the meat is cold or large.
6
To check the temperature, stick a meat thermometer into the centre of the largest meatball (or spot check several) and wait until the numbers stop moving.
7
While the meatballs air fried, make the dipping sauce. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup until well blended.
8
You can dip your meatballs in this sauce, or you can do what I do and mix the cooked meatballs with the sauce to coat them.

Asian Turkey Meatballs go well with steamed rice (zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for low carbohydrates) and sautéed vegetables as an appetiser or main dish.
