Browned Butter Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon Recipe
Peaches grilled with brown butter and cinnamon Brioche Crumbs honour peaches. Chargrilled vanilla-cinnamon caramelised honey butter summer peach halves. Ice cream and cinnamon “toast” brioche breadcrumbs top grilled peaches. Sunny night peach dessert.

CINNAMON TOAST BRIOCHE CRUMBS– 4 slices brioche bread, torn or pulsed into fine crumbs (about 2 cups of crumbs)– 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted– 2-5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, to your taste, plus more for servingBROWNED BUTTER GRILLED PEACHES– 4 tablespoons salted butter– 2 tablespoons honey– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 4 ripe, but firm peaches or nectarines, halved + pit removed– vanilla ice cream, for serving

To make cinnamon toast crumbs. Heat a 350-degree oven. Paper a baking sheet. On the baking sheet, mix breadcrumbs, butter, and cinnamon sugar.

Toast in oven for 10-15 minutes. Stop them from burning.Brown butter. Butter a skillet over medium heat. Brown the butter for 3–4 minutes until toasted-smelling and deep golden brown.

Stir often. Remove butter from heat and place in heatproof bowl. Stir in honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cool the butter and use it immediately or store it for a week. Serve room-temp.

Grill peaches. Oil the grates and heat the grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill fruit for 2-3 minutes until light char marks appear, then flip and grill another 2-3 minutes.

Quickly apply browned butter to each peach half after grilling. With vanilla ice cream and heaps of cinnamon toast crumbs. ENJOY!
